We service all of Worcester County, Middlesex County, and Franklin County. Aside from traditional residential sales, we do occassionally sell commercial real estate if it is relative to our client's needs. While the markets shift in these last 18 years, we have shifted with it. Our experience has accumulated with each market in helping our seller clients short sale their homes (pre-foreclosures) as well as working for the lenders that had hired us to sell their bank-owned properties. We have also helped many builders build and sell properties as well as working with the buyers and walk them through.
More than 90% of Vee's business is from personal referrals, realtor referrals and past clients have repeatedly bought and sold with her as well as referred her to their friends, families and co-workers. When operating as a Team, year after year, over 80% of sales came from referrals and past clients.
