While the markets shift in these last 18 years, we have shifted with it. Our experience has accumulated with each market in helping our seller clients short sale their homes (pre-foreclosures) as well as working for the lenders that had hired us to sell their bank-owned properties. We have also helped many builders build and sell properties as well as working with the buyers and walk them through.
